CNC Double-V Concentric Tooling
Users can choose between double-V concentric tooling and multi-V tooling based on their requirements, or opt for custom-made tooling. The tooling is manufactured via forging, ensuring high precision, high hardness, and excellent resistance to wear and impact.

Mechanical Compensation Table (V-Axis)
Utilizes a high-precision mechanical deflection compensation system. With multiple compensation points, it achieves linear compensation during the bending process, thereby enhancing bending quality. The system is maintenance-free and offers superior compensation accuracy.

Front Material Support
Features a height-adjustable support rack made of solid steel; it is durable and allows for 180-degree rotation and adjustment.


The V-axis, operating under computer numerical control (CNC), governs the workbench's height adjustment and provides accurate deflection compensation across its full span. The specific angle of each wedge's incline corresponds to the deflection curve, meticulously calculated through finite element analysis (FEA) of both the ram and the workbench's vertical plate structure.
During the workpiece bending process, load forces inevitably cause deflection. To counteract this, the CNC system precisely calculates the required compensation value. The system then automatically adjusts the relative positions of the convex wedges, effectively neutralizing the deflection and ensuring the final bend meets exact specifications.
