WRA is equipped with an integrated robotic arm designed for automated welding applications. With a 1.8-meter reach, the arm offers greater flexibility across a wider working range, allowing multiple welding tasks to be completed after a single setup. Compared with manual welding, the system can improve welding efficiency by more than three times, helping manufacturers increase throughput while reducing reliance on manual operation.
2. Dual-Oscillation Automated Welding for Greater Process Flexibility
Equipped with a dual-axis wobble welding head, WRA is able to adapt welding processes to filler materials with different characteristics, improving both process control and application flexibility. The system supports eight oscillation paths, including solid circular, circular, figure-eight, square, triangular, horizontal, and vertical patterns, enabling users to select the most suitable welding mode for different tasks and helping ensure cleaner weld formation and more consistent weld quality.
3. Full Penetration and Consistent High-Quality Welding
WRA is engineered to deliver both strong penetration and consistent weld quality in demanding production environments. With a beam quality of 0.6 mm·mrad, the system achieves higher energy density, which helps reduce heat distortion and supports cleaner, one-pass weld formation, eliminating the need for additional grinding in many applications. Even in long-duration welding operations, WRA maintains repeat positioning accuracy of up to ±0.05 mm and laser power fluctuation of less than 3%, ensuring stable operation and consistent weld quality.
4. Simplified Programming for Faster Batch Production
WRA is programmed through an LCD teach pendant with a user-friendly interface designed to simplify operation. Supported by a rich library of built-in data, the system lowers the technical barrier to laser welding, enabling faster programming and easier setup. Once a program is created, it can be reused for future tasks, while one-touch parameter recall helps streamline repeat jobs and accelerate batch production.
5. Certified Safety and Cleaner Working Environment
WRA has received authoritative SGS certification and complies with relevant CE and CUS standards. For enhanced protection, the system can be equipped with optional 360-degree enclosed guarding to minimize the risk of direct laser exposure and mechanical injury. An integrated high-efficiency dust extraction system further helps create a cleaner and more environmentally friendly working environment.
